I know we're here to share value and rise together.
So, here's one simple mindset shift that's serving me well.
Imagine you have a gift that could change someone's life and you've to approach this person, talk and listen to find out if this person deserve your gift, how would feel about approaching then?
This mindset reframe has been serving me well, hope it's useful.
P.S. That doesn't mean you're better than someone, you're not in a comparison trap, you're just sure about your value and the fact that you're growing every day to become better.
