Preselection troubles

I’ve done a good job of showing pre selection through instagram as well as irl however people can see through it and notice that I don’t have results with women. Example “every time I this guy he’s with a new hot girl” “ yeah but he’s not dating any of them” I obviously follow the MOA rule (No body needs to know who you have been with) and just shrug and don’t say anything. What actions can I take other than continually improving myself to back up the pre selection I show?
