DAY 15 – THE REAL START OF YOUR BUSINESS PLAN 🚧 Name Your Nemesis. Most people start a business plan with vision, mission, niche, and market. I don’t. Nor do I recommend or teach it here in Max Potential Because if you already know those things, but haven’t been honest about what’s blocking you, none of them matter. I call these ANTS that Ain’t as tough Today, we start where progress actually begins: 👉 Your biggest barriers to success. Common Business Blockers (Adversaries or ANTS-Automatic Negative Thoughts): - Inconsistent execution - Fear of selling or being visible - Lack of follow-up - No clear offer or pricing confusion - Time mismanagement - Tech overwhelm - Perfectionism - Lack of confidence - No accountability - Too many ideas, no focus You don’t need to list them all. You just need to be honest. Then we Crush the ANT with your business LION - Lean Into Opportunity Now! Yes, a SWOT analysis can help, l, but today we’re not getting stuck in all the letters. We’re focused on the W: Weaknesses. Walls. What’s in the way. Because if you don’t deal with the wall, you’ll keep running into it, no matter how clear your vision is. 🎯DAY 15 CHALLENGE – MAKE A PLAY 1️⃣ Identify your top 1–3 adversaries (your real blockers) 2️⃣ For EACH one, list 1–3 practical, measurable actions 3️⃣ Commit to executing those actions within the next 24–48 hours Small actions.
