We made it to Day 20 — and the timing couldn’t be better. Christmas Eve is a powerful reminder that impact always precedes increase. Before the gift was ever received, it was first given. And the same principle applies to business, speaking, coaching, and leadership.
Today’s Focus:
No pitching. No links. No pressure.
Today you are depositing goodwill into relationships that will pay dividends in 2026.
Today is not about pushing harder. It’s about positioning your product through generosity.
Here’s today’s play:
Give value first — on purpose.
That might look like
- sharing a free resource connected to your product
- sending a thoughtful message to someone who showed interest but hasn’t bought yet
- gifting a bonus to an early supporter, or
- simply showing up publicly to remind people why your solution exists.
- When you give without pressure, you build trust. When you build trust, people lean in.
This is also a heart check. Selling is not manipulation, it’s service. And today, we practice selling by serving freely, knowing that generosity compounds. Christmas Eve isn’t about the transaction; it’s about the transformation that comes from intention.'
So today, ask yourself:
- Who can I bless with value connected to my offer?
- Where can I give clarity, encouragement, or help without asking for anything back?
- How can my product be positioned as a gift that helps someone start the new year stronger?
