DAY 6 – LET’S GO FISHING 🎣 Today we’re expanding your NET-work by reaching out to 10 people, one from each “fishing pond.” In order to increase your NET worth, we have to make your NET work in your NETwork! 🫣😜🐟 My coach Eric “ET” Thomas always says your first six figures is in your phone!!! Your next client, contract, or collaboration is already swimming out there… you just haven’t cast your net yet. At least not everyone so today here are your ponds. You get a point for each space you reach out to in 24 hours. I won't be doing all 10 ponds today because its Saturday and I partially rest on Saturday. I did send a few messages on Skool a few to those in this community and a few in other communities. I posted on social media on my pages and of course some of the groups I am in. The biggest challenge is always cold outreach people don't really know you that well so it's important to show yourself in some of these groups so people can see you. I have been a business owner for 12 years and I have worked with rappers, singers, and politicians. Just like I have worked with several corporations and managed 10+ million budgets for corporate fundraising initiatives. I have helped scale businesses beyond 3mil in revenue. I am highly connected. So doing the outreach was not hard. It just felt like people were looking down on cold outreach or even the idea that they were being pitched. I have to remind myself that opening these communities, was a God thing and not to get discouraged and work on my own pride and ego. Thats what came up this morning as I was doing my outreach and people were responding. Also this reminder: God can do more in 1 day than you can in 6 days. So rest! I am going to do what I normally do on Saturdays, enjoy watching Scooby Doo and eating my cereal. lol
NYN Challenge Day 4 - Do You Promise?
You made it to day 4 Playmakers which means you are doing more than most! Congrats!!!🎊 🎉 One of the later concepts we teach in our academy is delivering on your BIG PROMISE. Today I want you to share or create your BIG PROMISE STATEMENT and drop it in the comments. The FORMULA is simple. Choose a product, service or keynote talk then make us a promise that states: ————————————————————— 💥 Big GOAL + SHOCK Statement + Milestone without PAIN POINT. ————————————————————— Example: Get Pro-Athlete Physical Shape in 30 days without putting in hours at the Gym or spending Pro-Athlete Money This can be for your product, service, or even pitch for the outcome of your keynote message or professional development sessions. Some will say, but idk if if can promise an outcome… well what can you promise, and if there are no guaranteed outcomes why would a person work with you or why are you offering false hope or why is that product, service or talk even in your menu as an offer? Today make your big promise here, even if you have to then go back and make a service or product to match it. 💥 IN COMMENTS POST 💥 Goal = _______________ Shock = _____________ Milestone = _________ Pain point = _________ I [Goal] + [Shock] in [milestone] without [Pain Point] *** or some form of this statement. @Dwight Riddick The skool part I am still learning. It is fairly new for me to have a community in this space where I have traditionally sold well without one. Launching the communities was definitely a God thing because I had no plans to do this. lol

NYN Challenge Day 5 - Water Bottle?
DAY 5 — Where is YOUR WATER BOTTLE 💧🍾 PLAYMAKERS, let’s talk value. In almost every discovery call I have to help others understand what we do in our academy, I share this simple idea: Water is free. Out the faucet. From the fridge. From the hose. FREE. But the moment somebody PACKAGED that same water, everything changed. Suddenly we’re paying: - $1 at the gas station - $2 at an event - $6 at the airport Why? Because packaging makes it convenient, clear, portable, and valuable; even though it’s still just water. 🤯🤷🏾 Now here’s the challenge: 👉 If a prospective client heard your pitch and said, “Okay, I want it,” what would you hand them? What’s your water bottle? - A link? - A PDF? - A webpage? - Product graphic - A one-page offer sheet? - A clean, clear, packaged version of your brilliance? Today’s play: Show us your WATER BOTTLE. Where do you send people when they say yes? How can someone buy from you TODAY? 💥 I’ve attached a few graphics I use and that our team makes for those in our academy as examples. Plus the one @Danijel Velicki uses as an example. But I will share More in the comments. 🎯MAKE A PLAY and drop YOUR WATER BOTTLE (or your water bottle idea) in the comments. @Dwight Riddick yeah for the service guide I typically only send when someone wants to look and doesn't seem sure. If you were ready to move forward, I would have sent a proposal link to you instead with a link to pay to move forward which I can still do lol (Attaching the picture of the proposal ready to go because I also sent a message to you) I have done an a/b test. my speakergpt suite is my highest performing suite and consistently sells along with the upsell that is attached. I have sold over 112 of that offer this year since launching in June (upsell is at 50% conversion). I haven't wanted to change anything yet but we are looking at a shift in next year as we are running ads soon for some products.

@TammyRenee Maxwell So I guess for further clarification, is it clear about what your presentation is speaking on? or what you do overall? Just trying to understand how I can answer and give you feedback. Because The WAVE framework is strong and each pillar gives a sense of what you’ll be teaching. That part works well. Where I think things still feel a little unclear is in understanding the actual experience of the keynote. Right now, I understand the themes (Wisdom, Awareness, Vision, Energy), but I’m not fully clear on: - What you will do with the audience during the keynote - How the concepts translate into actionable moments or takeaways - Whether this keynote is mainly motivational, instructional, or skills-based - What the audience will walk away being able to do differently The content explains the what of each pillar, but not the how you plan to bring it to life on stage. For example: Will you share stories? Models? Tools? Demonstrations? Audience interaction? If the goal is for the keynote to communicate your value clearly, you might need a few clarifying statements such as: - “In this keynote, I will…” - “Participants will walk away with…” - “During the session, we’ll explore…” These additions would make it much easier to visualize the actual flow and impact of the keynote itself. Overall, the message is meaningful, but adding more detail about the experience and outcomes of the keynote will help people immediately understand what you do on stage and why it matters. Lastly, What isn’t fully clear yet is what you actually do as a service provider. Someone reading this will understand the ideas behind your keynote, but they may still be unsure about the specifics of your work. Need to clarify: What industry you serve or specialize in?, Who your primary audience is (frontline staff, leaders, executives, or all of the above)?, and The main outcome they promise (higher customer satisfaction, better culture, improved retention?).
