DAY 8 Speaking Challenge - Top it Off
🔥 DAY 8 – THE 4th T: TOP IT OFF 🔥 You’ve touched hearts. You’ve taught a clear principle. You’ve tossed a call to action. Now it’s time to TOP IT OFF. Top It Off is your emotional close. It’s how you leave people feeling something they won’t forget. Facts inform. Frameworks equip. But emotion is what seals the moment. Top It Off is not: ❌ A recap of everything you said ❌ A rushed ending ❌ “In conclusion…” energy 😅 Top It Off is: ✔️ A short story ✔️ A powerful quote ✔️ A visual or metaphor ✔️ A moment that lingers It answers one question: “What do I want them to feel as they leave?” HOW TO TOP IT OFF WELL: Your close should: • Echo your opening (bring it full circle) • Reinforce the core message • Stir emotion—hope, courage, urgency, belief Think of it as the last note of a song. If it’s strong, people carry it with them. 🎯 TODAY’S CHALLENGE: MAKE A PLAY In the comments, share how you would TOP IT OFF. Choose ONE: • A short closing story • A quote you’d end with • A visual/metaphor you’d leave them imagining Keep it brief—but meaningful. Remember: People may forget what you said… but they’ll remember how you made them feel. Tomorrow, we land the plane ✈️🔥

Most people think the engine is what keeps you moving (your hustle, your grind, your physical output). But what many people don't realize...without a charged battery, that engine won't even start. Your mental health is the battery. It powers: - Your lights — your clarity, your vision, how you see the road ahead - Your sound system — your inner dialogue, the voice speaking to you when no one else is around - Your dashboard — the warning signals that tell you when something's off - Your ability to start — the spark that gets you going each morning We normalize the stress. We skip the rest. We stuff the emotions. We keep pushing—until one day we're sitting in the parking lot wondering why we can't move. You can have the most powerful engine in the world, but if your battery is dead? You're not going anywhere. You're stuck in the driveway of your own life. Conquer your ish is not optional. It is intentional. That is why you must Conquer Your Ish, or it will conquer you.

DAY 1 Speaking Challenge - Build Your Speech challenge
🎤 BUILD YOUR SPEECH CHALLENGE Day 1: Why You Need a Speech Welcome to Day 1 of the Build Your Speech Challenge using my 5T FLY Framework. Before we write a single line, we need to answer one foundational question: Why does every leader, coach, and brand need a speech? 1️⃣ A Speech Is Not Just for the Stage A speech is your core message—the one idea you are known for. You may never step on a traditional stage, but you are speaking every day: - On social media - In sales conversations - On Zoom calls - In workshops and trainings - In classrooms, pulpits, boardrooms, and podcasts Your speech becomes the engine behind all of it. 2️⃣ The Many Use Cases of One Strong Speech One well-built speech can be: - A keynote - A workshop - A dinner conversation - A masterclass - A signature training - A sales presentation - A TED-style talk - A content generator for posts, reels, emails, and podcasts When your speech is clear, everything else gets easier. 3️⃣ Consistency Creates Credibility The most trusted brands don’t keep changing what they say, they keep refining how they say it. When you repeat the same core message: - People remember you - Your confidence grows - Your authority increases - Your audience begins to quote you Consistency turns your message into a movement. 4️⃣ This Is Where the 5T FLY Framework Comes In Over the next few days, we’ll use the 5T FLY Framework to build a speech you can reuse, refine, and monetize: - Touch – Your story that connects - Teach – Your message that transforms - Toss – Your call to action - Top It Off – Your emotional close - Tip – Your brandable takeaway By the end of this challenge, you won’t just have a speech… You’ll have a system. 🔥 TODAY’S ACTION (COMMENT BELOW) Answer these questions: 1. Where do you most need your voice right now? (stage, business, ministry, social media, leadership, etc.) where do you talk most? 2. What do you want to be known for saying? Tomorrow, we build the Touch.

I have been on a rest break so stepping back into my groups. My focus is on content so using social media as my stage for now while I am also gaining all the content from doing my speaking engagements in Q1 which I will push out more in Q2. My signature is "Go out there and Conquer Your Ish®️" whenever I am speaking. My schedule is about to be packed. I landed a large corporate training deal and excited!

@Dwight Riddick thank you!
This is what happens when AI is built with people in mind.
I hope this is okay for me to share here! I’m sharing a replay of a live where I showcased an app I built using AI. I used Vibe Coding to build it. The app was built for the caregiver space because that industry is overloaded, under-supported, and still expected to deliver at a high level. This tool was designed to support client workflows, reduce manual work, and create more sustainable systems for both providers and the people they serve. Watch the replay. skip to 6:02 mark

DAY 7 Speaking Challenge – THE 3rd T: TOSS
🔥 DAY 7 – THE 3rd T: TOSS 🔥 (MLK Jr. Day Edition) You’ve touched hearts. You’ve taught a clear principle. Now comes the moment that separates good speakers from transformational ones… 👉 TOSS. TOSS is your call to action. It’s the moment you invite the audience to do something with what they just felt and learned. Here’s the truth: Inspiration without action expires quickly. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. understood this deeply. He didn’t just inspire people with a dream, he called them to act. One of his most challenging statements was essentially a TOSS: “Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, ‘What are you doing for others?’” That question demanded movement, not applause. HOW TO TOSS EFFECTIVELY: A strong TOSS should be: ✔️ Clear (no confusion) ✔️ Specific (not vague) ✔️ Timely (right now, not someday) ✔️ Aligned with what you just taught Think of it this way: You’re not pushing people, you’re inviting them. 🎯 TODAY’S CHALLENGE, MAKE A PLAY: In the comments, write ONE strong TOSS connected to your message. Use this format: • Because of what you just learned… • I invite you to… (one clear action) • Starting when? (today, this week, right now) Examples: - “Today, I challenge you to start the conversation you’ve been avoiding.” - “Before this week ends, take one step toward the vision you wrote down.” Remember: Dr. King didn’t just share a dream. He tossed responsibility to the listener. That’s what great speakers do. Let’s honor the legacy today by not just speaking well, but calling people forward. ✈️🔥

Now that you have learned why Conquering your ish is important, I challenge you to interrupt what isn't working, shift into a new belief, and honor the path you are moving forward. Send me a message with how you plan to do this and I will sign off on it and tell you to go for it!

DAY 6 Speaking Challenge - TEACH in your talk
🔥 DAY 6 – THE 2nd T: TEACH 🔥 You’ve touched the audience with your story. Now it’s time to teach them something they can use. Teaching is not dumping information. Teaching is delivering ONE clear principle or framework that empowers action. That’s why great speakers teach in frameworks. A strong framework should be: ✔️ Easy to say ✔️ Easy to explain ✔️ Easy to remember ✔️ Active—not passive Acronyms are good Rythming words are good Alliterations work well Objects can be impactful too (types of animals, same objects etc) If your audience can’t repeat it, they can’t apply it. HOW TO TEACH EFFECTIVELY: When you teach, every point should include three elements: Consider any of our Max Potential Fast Talk 3 Pointers (image attached) but here’s one of them you should consider using as your main go to. I call it MAKE A POINT! To MAKE A POINT share: 1️⃣ Information – What is it? Clearly explain the principle in simple language. 2️⃣ Illustration – What does it look like? Use a story, analogy, example, or visual that brings the point to life. 3️⃣ Application – What do I do with it? Give them a clear action step they can take immediately. 👉 Information informs. 👉 Illustration engages. 👉 Application empowers. Or apply any of the the Fast Talk 3 Pointers from the Max The Mic book/course (link coming - check back here) 🎯 TODAY’S CHALLENGE: In the comments, share ONE teaching point from your framework. Use this format: • Your Principle: (short and clear) • Illustration: (real-life, story, or analogy) • Application: (one simple action step) Remember: You’re not trying to impress, you’re trying to impact. Teach so people leave saying, “I can do that.” Let’s build speakers who don’t just inspire— they equip. ✈️🔥

I have 3 main frameworks in my businesses. 4P™️- for corporate and educators 4P AI™️- my framework for teaching and implementing AI. ISH®️- my framework for more mindset work and personal development. The video I did was based on the ISH method. I – INTERRUPT S – SHIFT H – HONOR When you acknowledge what is happening with you, you can interrupt the patterns and thoughts, shift your perspective, and honor who you are becoming and why growing closer to God is the only answer. I know this isn't the homework fully but I usually keep the teachings for trainings, etc.
