RACI like division of duties

I am looking for some help. I would like to divide areas of expertise among different members of my team, and create some sort of format where they can be an expert but also work with the rest of the team to uplift everyone's skillset.

I am thinking of adopting the roles and responsibilities template -> https://www.atlassian.com/team-playbook/plays/roles-and-responsibilities

But I was hoping that maybe some of you already have some sort of process or ideas you can share here. Any ideas are welcomed
