Omg all those reps were brutal especially one back exercise was 4×15 which is 60 × 3 which is 180 reps for basically one move 🥵 I was a bit optimistic with 15lb weights for that move and then went down and couldnt finish all the reps.
Took my daughter and her friends to the trampoline park. Played hard for 2 hours. We did rock walls / dodge ball / races / basketball / flips and zip lines and more. I am skipping ST today but I definitely get some points for activities. Will jump in tomorrow 💪 Happy Friday !
I think I am going to skip today’s workout. I have a headache that just won’t go away. So I am going to use the time to rest and maybe do a little stretching.
Chest - tried going a lil heavier since it was 2nd try at this workout. Still feeling tired and Oura ring readiness was 68. Time to look into what is impacting recovery.
