First Monday of 2026!
Hello everyone!! I finished my last dig in workout - legs & glutes 3 - this morning! For the rest of the week, I’ll be focused on figuring out what I want to do next using random workouts. I miss Megan so definitely some of her, and probably a Joel and one Amoila. Then spin Friday. I did say I want to spin 2x so I have to get myself on a wait list. If I don’t make it off I’ll be doing a bike workout at home. It was a joy to see a fuller gym this morning, especially @Stephanie Ivey and @Krista Evans since both have been off for a little. I’m also taking Candy to work!!!! Get it out of here - it’s not helping me achieve my goals!

First workout of 2026 (The Dig)
This year my goals are different - I know I want to put on muscle but NOT put on fat. This means progressive overload and fuel choices that support growing muscle + continuing to prioritize sleep which has been good lately, but I never know what the future will bring as I age and navigate life with a family. I set my goals on the Goal Setting Party today so I have more direction. Next up is getting baseline data and really seeing what the best move for me in terms of workouts for these goals… Happy new year everyone! What’s your biggest wellness focus for 2026?? Wow, it’s hard to believe that this day is here. It felt like a VERY LONG year. So much has happened since January, including opening up this space. I’m so glad you’re all here and hope we can continue to cheer for each other and make progress in 2026 together. What’s the thing you’re most proud of? What’s something you want to focus in on in the next year? Oh yeah and Arms & Legs 3 ✅
