This year my goals are different - I know I want to put on muscle but NOT put on fat. This means progressive overload and fuel choices that support growing muscle + continuing to prioritize sleep which has been good lately, but I never know what the future will bring as I age and navigate life with a family.
I set my goals on the Goal Setting Party today so I have more direction. Next up is getting baseline data and really seeing what the best move for me in terms of workouts for these goals…
