Hello everyone!!
I finished my last dig in workout - legs & glutes 3 - this morning!
For the rest of the week, I’ll be focused on figuring out what I want to do next using random workouts. I miss Megan so definitely some of her, and probably a Joel and one Amoila. Then spin Friday.
I did say I want to spin 2x so I have to get myself on a wait list. If I don’t make it off I’ll be doing a bike workout at home.
It was a joy to see a fuller gym this morning, especially and since both have been off for a little. I’m also taking Candy to work!!!! Get it out of here - it’s not helping me achieve my goals!
