Roasted 1 spaghetti squash whole in instant pot.
Cooked peppers, onions, grape tomatoes, ground chicken with lots of spices.
Mixed it all together with 1 can of black beans in 9x13 pan.
Topped with crumbled queso fresco (had some to use or trash).
Baked at 350 for 30 minutes.
