Aka 🍅 face! Interval run after work today. Wi-Fi was out on campus, so I got it in earlier than normal. Got my strength workout in this morning, so heading to bed exhausted but proud. 🤩
I did not feel up to this workout this morning, so I took it easy and hit play when I got home from work. Hoping the endorphins carry me into a better night's sleep, so I can wake up refreshed and ready to crush leg day!
Treadmill run surrounded by boxes! We did a bunch of packing yesterday in prep for the move to Raleigh. We also submitted a rental application, so 🤞🏽 we have good news later this week!
I really enjoyed this program, which is why I'll be restarting an abbreviated version with some running and mobility mixed in on Monday! The workouts are challenging enough to keep you invested and repetitive enough to avoid information overload.
