It's been a minute, but I've been running away (👀 what I did there?). I earned Amethyst in treadmill, which is a total of 100 workouts. I had my race last Saturday and finished strong, but I'm continuing to build on that momentum as ai prep for a fun run 5k in a few weeks.

Foundation run this morning with yesterday's mascara still doing the work 👁️ Work event tonight, but I've got a good plan and feel prepared heading into this weekend!

Honestly, I still want to crawl back in bed. But I pressed play on a workout and took a slower morning. Finishing breakfast (yay oats!) and then heading into the office. May your Tuesday be full of fun and good energy!
