The world changed. Most coaches didn't.

9 months ago I made a decision that felt reckless at the time.

I restarted from zero.

New offer.

No team.

No sales calls.

It was time to build the business I wanted...

not the one I thought I needed to build.

Everyone around me was still doing it the old way…

setters, closers, 90-minute calls, a VA army, 14 tools duct-taped together.

I could see it wasn't going to survive what was coming.

AI was about to change the cost of building systems

from "hire someone" to "do it Tuesday afternoon."

I just kept thinking to myself...

How does this change the way people buy,

How does this change the expectations people will have and

what will be valuable if AI can do all of this work.

My initial thinking was...

What is currently heavy or hard

That AI will make easy and light

that if I can build systems for

Would be valuable in the new world.

And so this started to shape the thesis of the new business model I wanted to build.

Essentially ... where is all the leverage.

What I landed on was...

Youtube = Hard and Heavy Lift... but not with Ai

Workshops = Hard and Heavy Lift ... but not with Ai

Ads = Confusing and "Scary"... but not with Ai

And so for the last 9 months I have been building, testing and iterating.

And now as they say in the poker room:

"I've got the nuts"

** for my non poker playing friends.... The nuts is the best hand on a given board at that time **

Ads bring people into skool and pay for themselves.

AI does the heavy lifting behind the scenes.

A Weekly workshop allows me to sell without sales calls.

That's it.

9 months later:

Sitting #44 on Skool leaderboard with $83.3k MRR.

A million dollar run rate.

One person.

Four days a week.

Zero sales calls.

Here's the thing though…

The revenue isn't the part I'm most excited about.

The part I'm most excited about is that I can now hand the same system to my clients.

I built it into the Lifestyle Founder Operating System (LFOS)

They install it.

(Disclosure: Still a bit of a bitch to set up because it is a harness that sits on your computer like a Hermes Agent or OpenClaw back in the day)

But once you get it set up, build out your second brain ... it's a total game changer.

For example:

Clay launched a new offer and did $36k in his first 30 days
Andres has been running the play for about 6 months and is now doing consistent $50k+ months
Tim launched a new offer and generated $22k in his first 60 days
Lynea validated a new offer and made $10k+ in her first 60 days

Lots more but you get the point.

None of them added a team.

None of them built complicated funnels.

They just stopped building for 2021 and started building like it's 2026 and AI is taking over.

The world has already changed.

Most coaching businesses haven't yet.

Anyway…
