You have a planning and business model problem. a couple days ago I asked this community what your plans for growth was. Most of you said hire a team or book more calls. But consider... That plan or strategy isn't yours. We've been told thats what we NEED to grow from people building businesses that we don't actually want. ❌ Hire the team. Revenue goes up. Cost goes up faster. Payroll is a certainty. Revenue is a maybe. $30k months at $22k profit becomes $80k months at $24k profit. You tripled the business and bought yourself a management job. You're now the only person in the company who can't quit. Congrats. ❌ Book more calls. Twenty on the calendar. Six show up ready. You spend the sharpest hours of your week convincing people. Your calendar becomes a prison And you are stuck working every hour in it. ❌ Raise your prices. Feels like leverage. Same trade, bigger number. But... You still have to be in the room. Three of the most common ways business coaches "help" you grow. But there's one big mistake. None of these solutions have any real LEVERAGE. Let me explain. There's a number that tells the truth. That most never calculate for themselves. It's your Profit per hour. Not revenue. Revenue is the number you say at dinner parties (and in ads 🤪) Profit per hour is calculated when you take what you actually kept last month. Divided by the hours you worked. That's your real wage. Most people have never done this. The ones who do often go quiet real quick Let's do an example together. You earn $30k month. You spend $8k on expenses So you earn $22k profit. but you worked 60 hours a week. That works out to about ... $90 an hour. Which is probably less than that $200k job you left. Now the other way. Lets say you make $100k month. And its a lean biz so you make $85k profit. working only 20 hours a week. That works out to about $1,000 an hour. Very often you can see the Same person. with the Same skills. in the Same market as another but one of them is earning
