Grab a coffee. See you in 30.
We go live in 30 minutes. 10am Vancouver. 1pm New York. Live on the Zooms. Here's what I'm walking you on todays workshop. How I collected $89K last month with one little workshop a week. Promos out Monday. I present and pitch Friday. AI handles pretty much everything in between. This one system is how I am running a $66k MRR coacing business with No sales calls. One Executive Assistant And an army of AI Agents. I'm putting the real numbers on screen. Ad spend, ticket sales, show rate, cash collected. And you'll leave with your first Monday and your first Friday mapped. Plus you walk away with the actual stuff I run every week: - The Weekly Workshop Calendar (Notion, duplicate and go) - The Monday Promo Prompt Pack - The Show-Up Automation Map (full GHL workflow, ready to import) - The Workshop Template Deck - Lifetime access to the recording This workshop is $47 if you're not already inside Claude for Coaches Community. Get the zoom link HERE If you can't make it live, still register. The replay and every asset land in your inbox within 24 hours. But honestly, live is better. You can ask me stuff. See you in 30. Dan "workshop guy" Harrison P.S. You don't need another funnel. You need a week that works. Let me show you mine.

In my experience, the strongest part of this offer is that it sells a specific operating system rather than another information product. The $89K result creates the proof, while the calendar, prompts, automations, and templates make the mechanism tangible and reduce the gap between learning the strategy and actually implementing it.

I posted the other day about how we did $89k cash collected last month... "Cool results you're sharing Dan. But that works because you're you." And that's actually fair. Twenty years into this entrepreneurial game. 10 Years marketing online $30M sold. 100+ financial advisors hired and trained. 1000+ Online Entrepreneurs coaches. Of course it worked. But let me show you the part that actually matters here. It's not ONLY working for me. Let me share a couple wins from our community THIS month alone: 🔥 Kristian: Tweaked his Sales process and he went from $50k to $74k months. 🔥 Andres: First $50k Month ... (without sales calls) 🔥 Mason: Closing his biggest PIF in a while and sitting at $36k for the month 🔥 Clay: Went from $0 to $30k(ish) in his first 30 days. 🔥 Lynea: Launched her skool funnel and closed $7k in first 30 days 🔥 Tim: Tim doesn't know what he's doing and generated $45k in deal flow (in 30 days) 🔥 Dave: Launched his new workshop funnel and did $8.5k on his first one. And these are all just in the last 30 days. None of them built a sales team. None of them are doing twenty calls a week. Dave is a fitness coach for Canadian Vets. he is not a funnel person. he doesn't want to be a funnel person. he just followed the order. That's the bit people miss. This isn't a personality thing. It's a sequence thing. Ads. AI. Workshops. This is the most leveraged system I've ever seen and is crushing in 2026. A few other numbers while I'm here: I've won skool games 3 x I currently have the #64 Top Skool Community for MRR on the leaderboard 13,000+ people in my free community. 2,000+ people in my $47 Community 1000+ coaches and consultants I've worked with over last 6 years. Twenty years of honing my skills and learning things the hard way so that you don't have to. Next up. I have 17 spots left before I close the doors, go on a waitlist and raise my prices. My community currently has 84 members including me. Im going on a waitlist at 100. Because I want to take a small group of solo founders & coaches through the exact weekly workshop Method and equip them with the LFOS system I've been using and is the cheatcode.

In my experience, the strongest proof here is that the same underlying system is producing results across very different niches. That’s what makes a framework scalable, because you’re validating the process rather than relying on the personality or audience of the person selling it.
Ummm... yeah. High-ticket is a hot mess right now
Last month I collected $89K. From one little workshop I run every week. ❌ No sales calls. ❌ No launches. ❌ No team. (Except for Gabby my EA) This Friday I'm going to reveal everything... the complete behind the scenes [Details are here.] Because here's the thing. Selling high-ticket right now is kind of hard Because your market's been burned with: 🚨 The webinar that was a total waste of time. 🚨 The "strategy call" that was actually just a pitch. 🚨 The course that turned out to be a PDF and a dead Slack channel. Classic lol. So nobody trusts anybody. Including you. (Sorry.) And the usual fixes just make it worse... Ads to a booking page. $200 a lead. Super fun. Sales calls all week. Your calendar is your ceiling. A launch every quarter. Three weeks of chaos for one week of cash. Anyway - you probably think you have a lead or messaging problem. But I think its something else. I think you have a CADENCE problem. Because you likely have no repeatable week. So every week is a new plan... and a new reason it didn't work. But one workshop a week fixes that. Promos go out Monday. I teach and pitch Friday. AI handles pretty much everything in between. Fifty people in a room. They all paid $47 to be there. By the time you mention the offer, nobody needs convincing of anything. They're just deciding now or later. That's it. That's the whole system. it's super chill. and I love it. Friday I'll walk you through it on zoom With all the real numbers too. Ad spend, show rate, cash collected. No fake screenshots. 90 minutes on Zoom. September 11th, 10am Pacific / 1pm Eastern. $47. [You can learn about it and save your seat here.] Dan "workshop guy" Harrison P.S. You also walk away with the actual stuff I run every week. The Notion calendar, the Monday promo prompts, the GHL show-up automation (took me a year to get right), and the Friday pitch outline. Copy, paste, tweak, send.

In my experience, the real strength here is the repeatable cadence around the workshop. It gives prospects multiple touchpoints to build trust and make a decision. That consistency is what makes the funnel predictable and easier to optimize.
(A NEW WAY) Ten months ago I burned my business down.
Not a rebrand. or a small pivot. I deleted everything. Team, roles, processes, offers, the lot. Then I rebuilt the whole thing with an AI First Frame. Here's what I'd worked out. I'd spent twenty years as an entrepreneur. I had sold $30M in products, services & Consulting. I had hired & Trained over 100 Financial Advisors And have had a 5 person team for years. which is where I learned how to buy back my time. I learned to delegate. Build roles. Writing processes and SOP's. I got pretty good at it. and It worked.... But it also became quite expensive and my role flipped from doing what I love to become a manager. So I looked at the roles I'd built and saw them in a new light. AI could run almost all of them or would be able to soon. And the only reason I could see it … was because I'd spent twenty years learning how to define a role properly. That's the part nobody tells you about AI. You can't hand a job to AI if you can't describe the job. Most people never get this working because they've never actually built a role. They've just been busy. I had the key roles and skills and outcomes written down. The same ones I'd hired for over the years. Executive assistant. Video editor. Social media manager. Media buyer. Tech Officer. Chief of Staff. I rebuilt every one of them as AI. It's now 10 months later I have 5 Ai Agents, 1 human Executive Assistant No sales calls, hit the 7-figure run rate last month with $89k Cash Collected, Have the 76th Highest MRR Community on Skool at $61k/MRR Can deliver to 100+ clients better than ever with my LFOS Working 4 days a week. Using a highly leveraged system with Ads, Ai & Workshops. The twenty years up until now weren't wasted. They're the reason the last ten months worked. And Next Friday I am running a workshop that reveals the NEW WAY for Solo Founder coaches & consultants to build million dollar lifestyle businesses. And I'm super excited to share everything. Details go up on Monday... it's $47 to attend.

In my experience, automation rarely fixes a poorly defined process, it usually just makes the inefficiency happen faster. The point about needing to properly define a role before handing it to AI applies directly to funnels too. Before automating lead generation, follow up, or sales, you need to clearly understand the inputs, decision points, handoffs, and desired outcome. Once the process is defined properly, AI becomes much more powerful because you’re optimizing a system rather than trying to replace the thinking behind it.
𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 💰
Alright, September challenge: 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲. Because once Halloween and Black Friday roll around, everyone starts fighting for attention. So instead of waiting until November... Use September as your 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵. Here are a few easy things you can try: 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝟭: 𝗥𝘂𝗻 𝗮 𝟯–𝟱 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲 Keep the price the same and add a limited-time bonus, extra support, or fast-action perk. Bonus challenge: 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁? 😉 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝟮: 𝗚𝗼 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 What might they need after the result you already helped them get? Think: upgrade, continuation package, refresher session, or implementation support. 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝟯: 𝗥𝗲-𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 Go back through your email list, webinar attendees, old applications, or people who booked calls but never bought. A simple “Are you still looking to solve this?” can restart the conversation. 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝟰: 𝗥𝘂𝗻 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗲𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 Pick ONE specific problem. Teach it. Give them a quick win. Then lead into your paid offer. 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝟱: 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 Think mini workshop, audit, challenge, template pack, or strategy session. Give people an easier first step into your main offer. 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝟲: 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹 Try changing your hook, headline, promise, positioning, or bonus before rebuilding anything. Sometimes the offer isn’t broken. It just needs a better angle. 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝟳: 𝗔𝘀𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 Run a poll, send an email, or post a question. Their answers might give you your Halloween or Black Friday campaign idea for free. You don’t need to do all of these. 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝘄𝗼. Test them. See what gets clicks, replies, calls, and sales. Then when Black Friday arrives, you’re not guessing. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼. So... 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿? 👀
