Six bears and two flat tires ...
I Spent the weekend in Whistler with my men's group.
Hiked a mountain.
Saw six bears....
SIX! Pretty wild.
But by bear number four you stop taking photos and just sort of nod at them like neighbours.
It was a great weekend.
I felt like a better human on the way home.
... For about 90 minutes.
Then I hit a construction zone...
rolled over some jagged chunk of road that was pretending to be pavement...
and popped two tires.
Not one tire...
Two!
F*#K!
All I hear is "thunk ... thunk" and then my dashboard lighting up like a Christmas tree.
Now here's the thing about two flat tires...
One flat is annoying.
But you've likely got a spare. not a big deal.
Twenty minutes, switch the tire and you are home by dinner.
But two flats is a tow truck ride from a dude named Cody.
Because nobody carries two spares...
I even sent claude a message just to double check.
Nope... only 1 spare
And so...
One extra thing went wrong and I went from "minor inconvenience" to...
"sitting on a guardrail on the side of a busy highway for two hours with nothing to do but think."
So naturally I thought about my business.
(It's a sickness... My wife has mentioned it.)
Anyways...
As I was thinking about the business it occurred to me that this scenario is kind of how coaching businesses stall.
Not from one big dramatic thing.
But rather two or three small things going wrong at the same time...
and you've only got one spare.
So I made a list and ran through ALL of the pieces of the system I am running right now
that helped me go from $14k/mrr to $100k/mrr in 4.5 months.
And tomorrow I am going to walk you through all 11 elements of this system AND
show you how to build each of them so you can finally scale your coaching business...
and not burn out.
The Workshop is called the Platinum Playbook™ 💎
