Old playbook vs. new playbook
I've run a lot of workshops over the years. Friday is the maybe the most valuable one I've ever put together. Not because of the fact I am showing exactly how I went from $14k/mrr to $100k/mrr in less than 5 months.... But because of what those numbers mean. Most coaches and solo founders are running an old high-ticket playbook. You probably know it because you're probably running it: - Funnel to a call - Setter books it, closer takes it - Team grows to fulfill - Ad budget grows to feed the team - Margin shrinks, hours grow It still works. Just less effective every year. Calls are harder to closer Traffic & ads cost more and The team you hired to buy time back ... eats up all the profit. 10 months ago I burned everything down To build AI First. Here's a few of the things I changed.... - Two offers, not four - One paid weekly workshop as the front door... no more freebies - Got rid of sales calls - One Executive Assistant - AI agents running fulfillment, follow-up and ops And last month I had my best month ever in business as a result. - $260K contracted last month - $166K collected - 100+ clients, better served than when I had a team of 5 - Platinum award from skool. Achieved $100K MRR. This is fundamentally a different model And although I see lots of people trying to copy me... They can't because they don't understand the 11 key elements of the machine. And the reason Friday matters is simple: the industry already moved to it. Most people just haven't noticed yet, because the old way still works well enough to keep you busy. But on Friday you'll see the whole model, I am going to reveal the the 11 elements that make it run, and you'll be able to identify exactly which ones you're missing. Then you'll map it onto your own business and finally see how to scale. Friday, October 9th 11:00 AM PST / 2:00 PM EST 90 minutes, live Get your zoom link here Be there live. A week late to this gem post.. your replacing sales calls with a paid workshop and letting AI handle follow-up and ops, interesting. I’m early on building automations like that. Which of the 11 elements do people underestimate most? Is there a replay of Friday’s session?
Removed daily instagram posting from my task list
automated my instagram posting (finally phew). System reads the content calendar, pulls the post from google drive with caption and hashtags, fires it on the right day. Reels, carousels, images all covered. Runs daily on its own. For anyone building a lean content operation this is exactly the kind of thing that quietly saves hours over a week 👍

@Harsha Agarwal Thanks Harsha, exactly. Not flashy, but it gets rid of the repetitive part

@Natalie Carter Thanks Natalie, that's the goal yes, automating the manual minutes
Instant lead response automation with your tools (Hubspot CRM, Slack, more)
Fellow founders may find this useful, if you find leads leaving through cracks in your business.. here’s a lead response flow I put together (demo). A form submission from your lead creates the CRM deal, alerts the team on Slack, emails the lead a confirmation and logs it, all in seconds. For anyone running an agency or side business, where do your leads usually slip through, the form, the inbox, or the follow-up? Or if you've built similar automations that are ai-powered, would love to share notes 🗒️

@Jaskaran Saini indeed, followup is the next thing for this system else its just going back to square 1. Thanks for the 4-time advice, I've heard this is best practise from somewhere
I hit the $100k/mrr Platinum 💎 emoji (here's what it actually took)
Last week the Platinum badge showed up on my Skool account beside my name. $100K MRR. Ten months ago I was on a plateau. But the badge isn't what I want to focus on here. Because what got me there wasn't anything I added. It was what I removed. - Went from four offers down to two - Went from a team down to one EA - Went from a calendar full of sales calls down to zero - Replaced the humans in fulfillment, follow-up and ops with AI agents Every one of those felt like a step backward at the time. And every one of them was the step that mattered. Here's what I've come to believe after 10 months of this: We keep adding because adding feels like progress. Another offer. Another funnel. Another hire. And the business gets heavier every year without getting more profitable. Removing is harder. It means admitting some of what you built isn't working. (Been there. More than once.) But it's the only thing I've seen actually produce freedom. Not just revenue. Freedom. Afternoons with my girls. Hikes with the boys. A calendar with room in it. A business that runs whether I'm in it that day or not. The badge came after those hard decisions. Friday I'm walking through exactly what I removed, what I kept, and the 11 pieces that have to be right for the simpler version to scale. Friday, October 9th. 11:00 AM PST / 2:00 PM EST. 90 minutes, live. Register and get your zoom link here Dan 'Less is More' Harrison P.S. Before Friday, do one thing. Write down everything you're currently selling and everything you're currently paying for. Just the list. You'll want it for the mapping exercise, and most people are surprised by how long it is.

Congrats Dan! And the P.s. note is well worth it, thanks
my LinkedIn posting got automated
Automated my LinkedIn content posting.. this system reads what's pending from my content calendar sheet, gets the image, caption, and hashtags (pre-made via ai), then fires the post for the day (business days) daily at a set time. no more manual typing and posting. for anyone building a lean content operation, this is exactly the kind of system that removes a daily task from your plate. Lets keep ai-powered fellow founders!

@Julian Eisenkirchner it has been generic given no longterm data, I recently started inbound content on linkedin (had little engagement and impressions...). The captions and images are pre-generated (chatGPT) with brand voice and niche context before the automation touches them. Make is the delivery layer.. so the quality ceiling is really whatever you put into the content calendar upfront
