I finished up my deck of FSBO cards by making 15 first-time contacts via text and email and got 3 "Yes" responses. I followed up with another FSBO who ghosted me last week and got a response with the additional information I requested. 🎉 Admittedly, I should have finished this deck last week, but better late than never. 😉

I’ve been calling small multifamily owners through LeadDeck to find a property for some local buyers. Just got off the phone with an owner that has a cash flowing duplex here in Denver and she is interested in selling then buying a single family rental instead. I had an open house on a Friday afternoon. It started off pretty slow so I decided to jump into my LeadDeck and start prospecting for sellers. I had sent maybe a handful of texts (wasn't even calling since I didn't want to be on a call if someone came in..) and within minutes I had a lead call me back. He told me the property I was inquiring about had just gone under escrow BUT he had a ton of vacant land he's ready to offload. Turns out it's around 1,000 acres total in some prime areas!! Time to get to work finding the buyers for it!!
