Seller offer
@Josh Schoenly Hi, I'm not sure how to respond to seller. I've contacted another tax delinquent seller through leaddeck.ai. She's just being reasonable she's stuck on asking price of $750k where her house is not even worth close to $600K. I did run comps & also cashoffer but it's not coming nowhere near to what she's asking for. She kept saying no negotiations. I've explained to her that comps that I did it's totally based on recent homes sold in your area similar to yours but she doesn't want to hear anything. All she said was no thank you & have a good day. She has some really good equity & no mortgage. I really want this deal to work out. Any suggestions I'd really appreciate it. Thank you.

I wish I had a better answer for you, but there’s absolutely nothing you can do here or should try to do here other than find other more reasonable more motivated folks. There are plenty more fish in the sea, and when folks are unreasonable like that, I generally speaking don’t spend much time with them or on them. One thing I will typically do especially early on when someone like that responds with a number that just doesn’t seem to make any sense is to simply ask how they came up with that number?
