Fast Cash Offers
So I got this fast cash offers deal set up. Been adding some properties of prospects getting prelim offers. Never used anything like this. Wanting to know: 1. Where is any actualy trainign on here for this and how to run an actual deal with them 2. Do you normally represent the seller on this or the ibuyer? Didn't know if the comp baked into the prelim offers were paid to me as seller rep or buyer rep or something else i'm missing. 3. Who here would want to chat breifly 20-30 min on zoom who has ACTAULLY closed one to give me some insight. 4. Do I need to physically walk them always for anything like inspection or whatever. I was trying to do this with a few on Marketplace that were about an hour away and thought I could just use showami for anything onsite. 5. In this doc it refers to a few contacts for the ibuyers. Of course. I hate it when they blindly ask me what they should List it for. Especially after I’ve given hem the comps. Plus I’ve been burned ONCE ON a listing apt where I shot my price too low and they took another agent. Happened once and never again.
