My full text exchange with David: "I’ve been using LeadDeck.ai to contact expires and so I got a response about what’s the offer and I didn’t answer immediately not because I didn’t want to just didn’t get to him fast enough so he text me back yesterday and said are you still interested in this and I said yeah possibly and I said I needed to get over and take a look at the property and so I did that here about an hour and a half ago. All to say when I got him on the phone and asked him what he was going do with the property and we finished discussing what he wanted for the property. We were literally saying our goodbyes and I said oh by the way you don’t have anything else you have that you might want to sell. He goes well you know there’s 5 acres directly behind that house you went saw today that I would be interested in selling and oh yeah, there is a dental office that I have that I’ve had for a pretty good while that I might be interested in selling for the right price. And I swear to God, Josh I almost forgot to ask him that and I wouldn’t have uncovered. I went to take a look at as we were finishing up what he wanted and all that stuff and what I could try to help him market it to different flippers and buying and hold investors.
