I’ve been calling small multifamily owners through LeadDeck to find a property for some local buyers.
Just got off the phone with an owner that has a cash flowing duplex here in Denver and she is interested in selling then buying a single family rental instead.
She also told me that her Dad is an investor and owns around 10 homes.
And said she’d save my number...without me even asking! Shocker.
So much opportunity in that one call!
