Chiro clinic help!
hey guys, if you've worked with Chiro clinics before... Have you seen other types of offers except discount offers on fb ads that worked to bring in new clients (from cold traffic)? Thanks guys!

Based on my experience in med/clinic niches, discount offers almost always attract the wrong crowd. Two angles that work better on cold traffic: a free 15-minute consultation framed around a specific problem, for exampl ("chronic neck pain from sitting at a desk?"), or a low-cost first visit offer like $1–$27 that filters out people who aren't serious. Speak to the pain first, the offer second.
Lead Gen Thoughts
I saw that some of you guys (including myself) at times struggle with generating leads for your business. By no means am I a lead gen expert, but here are some relatively low-cost ways I found to approach this problem: - Going on Upwork and applying for jobs. Not super scalable, but it’s a good way to get some reps under your belt + practice your sales skills if you're just getting started - Hiring someone to do the lead scraping for you (like a VA). Tried this in the past and tbh wasn’t impressed because the VA I hired had trouble following the instructions I gave him. This also might’ve been on me, though, for going too niche idk - Creating your own lead scraping system using a low-code tool (like n8n) combined with other apps like Apify and Firecrawl. You can kill 2 birds with one stone here because you can also get AI to write the cold emails for you, it just takes a bit more technical know-how to set up I know there are other tools like Apollo AI, but I haven’t really experimented with them too much. Very curious to hear what’s worked for you guys and what I might be missing atm.

Good breakdown. Quick question - what's actually working for finding agency owners who are looking to outsource service delivery/fulfillment (Meta ads and GHL )? That's the specific prospect I'm going after right now and curious what channels people are having success with.
Lead quality is determined by the creative ?
I’m really curious to what extent does the creative actually affect the lead quality of the people coming it ? Also how do you create ads that bring in very qualified people ?

100% agree with @Marvin S . The creative is basically your targeting now. What you say in the ad determines who Meta shows it to. I'd add - qualifying in the ad itself helps a lot. Mentioning price ranges, calling out homeowners specifically, or saying "for budgets of £10k+" filters out the wrong people before they even click.
Awkward situation with meta ads
So I've been running ads for my bathroom renovation client but a little over 3 weeks now. The daily spend is £20 and so far I've got 6 leads but only 2 decent ones that converted into a consultation (the other 4 aren't even leads). One of them got a site visit, the other got disqualified but both ended up not having the budget so not converting. I had a call with my client this morning discussing what could be done about this, and i tried suggesting us adding a minimum budget onto the creative itself, something like 'bathrooms starting from £X' so people who dont have the money wont be filling it out. Problem is, the client doesn't know the minimum budget as each bathroom varies from person to person so its difficult to put a minimum budget there. So im kind of at a loss as to what to do. I'm not generating enough leads and i dont know how to get the right kind

Add a qualifying question on the lead form - "Is your budget above £5k?" You don't need it in the creative, just get it on the form. Unqualified people drop off there. Also £20/day is really tight for this niche. Push it to £40+ if possible, you'll get better data and better leads.
Anyone else in SDK Guild?
Hey everyone, I just signed up for The Guild program… And I’m looking to connect with likeminded people inside The Guild who want to scale their agencies and grow together. If you’re someone who likes to discuss new innovations, media buying, sales, appointment booking, client delivery or anything else in between, let’s connect and grow together. Having likeminded people is one of the most important things on this journey. I’ve been a full stack digital marketer myself for 3 years and worked on some of the biggest offers in the coaching space, and now I want to scale my agency past 10k/mo. If you’re on the same journey, connect with me on IG @mani.yavarifar or reply to this post

Love this, connecting with people who are actually in the trenches is underrated. I'm a media buyer myself, mostly working with agency owners on lead gen campaigns for local businesses. Always good to be around people focused on growth. What kind of offers are you running for your agency clients right now?

I take service delivery off the agency owner’s plate so they can focus purely on signing more clients.
