How do you position your service?
For those of you that run ads - how early do your leads know this? e.g. I do run ads but tend to reach out from the angle of x estimates/wk or jobs/mo rather than 'we do ands and we do it better'

Most agency owners I have worked with prefer the first angle. They typically position their offer as, X jobs per month (10-15), rather than focusing on the ads themselves. This approach is much better cuz it speaks directly to their bottom line, revenue and growth, instead of technical marketing jargon.

For hiring offshore cold callers via paid ads (Meta ofc), run simple lead gen ads targeting LATAM countries with good hooks like, image ads showing "work from home + pay proof". Optimize for booked interviews (not just completed apps) – cost per booked interview usually lands $15-35 USD depending on country/quality of targeting, and cost per actual hire ends up $150-200 after screening/no-shows. Run ads to a simple Typeform or Google Form application (not Meta instant forms) for better quality , add basic qualifying questions like "How many cold calls/day have you done?" to filter. Test small budgets first and scale winners.
Landing page for clients
To those who are in home service, do you guys use landing page for your clients? I started using landing page for a client although it has only been 50 pounds spent. it still hasn't brought a single lead who filled it. or do you just instant form ?

For home services (like kitchens, bathrooms, extensions, or roofing) I usually stick to instant forms for most clients, especially early on or with smaller budgets, because they get way more submissions fast and cheap (people fill them without leaving the app). Landing pages can work great for higher intent/quality but need more spend (£200-500+ min to test properly), strong hooks (before/afters, testimonials, urgency), fast load times, and clear CTAs, 50 pounds is too low to judge. My Approach: Start with instant forms + good qualifying questions (budget, project size, timeline), then once you have some data and budget, test a simple landing page against it to see which pulls better closes. Instant forms win volume, landing pages win quality if done right. Keep testing!
