Announcing the 4th dividend for Investing Accelerator 1.7% this month (20.5% per year) - December 2024.

For 2025, our target monthly dividend is 20.5% (consistent 1.7% per month)

To reiterate the master plan:

Scale the existing profitable education business

Use AI powered investing strategy to generate +20% return

Build Canadian mutual fund and US hedge fund

Key updates:

20.5% Dividend - This is the first month we are paying out 1.7% per month dividend (annualized 20.5% per year). Our goal for 2025 onwards is to provide early investors a consistent target 20.5% cash dividend until we go IPO.

$1.2M annualized revenue 2025 - For Investing Accelerator coaching program, we are having our best month yet with tuition sign up of $98K. With our current pace, we are on track to reaching $1.2M annualized revenue even without any additional funding. I plan to further scale our coaching program to reach $2M+ revenue in 2025.

AI investing strategy +40% - The AI investing strategy ended up with a +40% return in the last 4 months. December has been a choppy market but we are taking advantage of the dip. The AI model forecasts a bullish January and bullish 2025. The AI investing model is performing as expected.

+$325,000 in fundraising (+$925K in total) - In 2024, we successfully raised $925,000 USD (with $325,000 addition in December). For January, a few investors are in the pipeline and review of the agreements. We are also engaging investment bankers to accelerate our fundraising goal. Our goal is to raise $1 million in early 2025 which should be achieved soon. Our stretch goal is to raise $50 million in 2025.

To put this into perspective, 500 investors with $100K each is $50M. 50 investors with $1M each is also $50M.

We are developing a reliable system to consistently reach such investors and raise capital.
