Chinese Stocks Bull Market?

A commentator I read recently speculated that Chinese stocks are going into a bull market phase. Are there ones here that you would be betting or taking long/short term chances on for more global diversification or long term investing purposes? I had responded to Eric's Tesla post a couple weeks ago with NIO and it was beginning a now almost almost 50% rise but is this generally happening to more Chinese stocks generally? What would be global macro reasons? Is this an uncorrelated separate run from US markets or closely correlated together? What are your thoughts?
