THE TRANSFORMATIVE SKILLS GUIDE

Hello community of changemakers! I have sent my comments to the Guide and I think that everyone interested in the IDG framework should take a close look at this interesting publication. We have time until November 21st to send our comments. My chief comments are:

1) There is not such a thing as a Inner Compass that is not Authentic, therefore these two skills (IC and Integrity and Authenticity) should not be separated,

2) There is no "Active Listening" skill, which is by and large the most useful skill I use in my pre-interventions an analysis of needs, in setting empathic circles around difficult topics such as green economy and climate change, and also in the interactive Focusing protocol that I use for the "dyadic storytelling" in "Miniatures of Evolution".
