I just wanted to share some feedback because these programs have honestly been making a huge difference for me. Even though I’m not following every single session exactly (since I’m programming and competing as well), I consistently use the HYROX running and conditioning days from the app, and I mix them with some of my CrossFit training. The impact has been unreal. My 1km pace went from around 6:00/km to consistently 4:20–4:30/km in just a few months, which is a massive improvement for me. It’s not just me either — I’m also using this structure for some of my athletes, and I’m seeing incredible progress in them too. They’re currently preparing for an upcoming HYROX competition in Iran next month, and honestly… I think they’re going to crush it. Really appreciate the structure, logic, and quality of the programming. Thanks for building something this effective.

Just thought I’d leave some short feedback about my experiance so far . Im only into my first month on this platform an already really enjoying and benefiting from it . Being part of the and loving the amount of great usable information available, along with the explainations to explain the ‘why’ of the sessions and topics not just do this . A big highlight for me is not just the collection of resoursces but the access to the community and everybody’s journey , thoughts , questions and having access to and getting the support and your questions answered personally by Chris , Gus and Rhyss are invaluable ,I highly recommend this platform to other coaches and athletes to invest in upskilling themselves. Hey all, just wanted to share some feedback on my experience in here so far. I’ve only been part of the Hybrid Racer platform for a month, but I’ve learned more in that month than I did in the last twelve months of my Hyrox journey. The depth of knowledge from Gus and Chris is unreal, and the support from Rhyss has been top class. Any question I’ve asked has been answered quickly and clearly. I’m in my first full week of training on the main program now after doing the trial and the pre and post race blocks, and I have to say the difference is night and day. The sessions are so well structured and thought out. Every workout has a clear purpose and the feedback you get when you submit your sessions is fast and genuinely helpful. The live calls with Gus and Chris alone are worth the membership. Being able to ask direct questions and get guidance from people operating at that level is something you don’t get anywhere else. Hyrox Dublin pre race activation!
Good luck to everyone racing at Hyrox Dublin this week! We’ll see you all out on the dance floor. Just want to say a massive thanks to the crew. I’ve only been here a short time but have learned so much already and I feel great. Wouldn’t normally go near a session the day before a race, but I did the activation running intervals from the FITR Hybrid Racer 5 week prep and honestly felt incredible after. Feeling ready and fired up for tomorrow. Best of luck everyone and thanks again!
Pre-race warm up
And about the pre-race warm-up, how long should it last and at what intensity should it be performed Personally, I usually bring my heart rate up to race pace, then take about 5 minutes of rest to let it come back down before starting.
