Ultraburn
Frustrated- I caught bug from hubbie and yesterday came down with bad head, throat, aches. Workouts were going really well with about 5 a week. Think Im going to start Ultraburn challenge - an old one of Holly's but lost lots of weight/toned doing it before. Whats everyone else doing?
Snow workout
Got a good workout in yesterday shoving snow off my driveway with my 14 year old step daughter. We were out there for an hour. Ohio got 12 inches of snow yesterday.

One thing I struggle with is how to explain to my partner that HIIT workout is an actual workout, he’s one of those gym rats that believes lifting weights until you cannot anymore is the only way to train… any idea how to approach that type of mindset ? Because anytime I say I’m doing my home workout or my HIIT he just says it’s not enough and that obviously doesn’t help keep motivation.

Enjoying working out again
I had some time away from exercise due to bad back but found doing kothing made it worse.Started back by walking regularly and have started up Hollys workouts at start of the year. Really enjoying them and managing 4-5 days a week. I am only doing about 20 mins plus warm up/cool down a day but feel so good after. Doing these straight after work ensures Im condistent. Anybody else enjoying working out?
