Walking Miles
My typical routine has been to walk 2 miles 3 days a week, however, I had stopped doing that around Thanksgiving and getting back in shape to do even that has been a bit tricky. I did do 2 days last week and 1 day so far this week, so hopefully I can get back up to 3 days and then start adding on from there! Lets share any progress we've made and help each other out!

Hey everyone, my name is Sasha from Oregon ( United States) ! I am an artist, a peer support mentor, and a teacher. I work one on one with people who have different types of disabilities. I LOVE my job but at times have been burned out feeling I have given to everyone but myself. The last year I have gone on a health ( body, mind, spirit) reset! I have been bringing my heart rate up for around 10 minutes daily ( reprogramming my body's reaction to a rising heart rate, so it associates rising heart rate with positive experience exercise vs. anxiety). It has helped me immensely as well as meditation daily. I found Holly's channel on youtube accidentally last year and I am SO happy I did! Her exercises are fun and inspiring and give me life! I am working on living my best life through gaining strength and freedom and I am SO happy to be here! 🥰
