Walking Miles
My typical routine has been to walk 2 miles 3 days a week, however, I had stopped doing that around Thanksgiving and getting back in shape to do even that has been a bit tricky. I did do 2 days last week and 1 day so far this week, so hopefully I can get back up to 3 days and then start adding on from there! Lets share any progress we've made and help each other out!

Any plans tomorrow? Are you: – On the sofa in your PJs, early night – Heading out for a meal – Having friends or family round – Or going full big night out and seeing where it leads? And quick UK-specific question 🇬🇧… Does anyone else still do that thing where you open the back door at midnight to “let the old year out”? Because why am I standing there in the freezing cold, door wide open, when it’s minus 5... have you seen the price of gas lately??! Is this still a thing… or have we retired it? 😄 Any other random New Year traditions?

Happy to be here! I'm 39 (definitely don't feel it though!) I have 1 big fur baby, and 2 others -- finishing some new certifications and starting a new job soon. Being busy and having a group like this to encourage and support each other will help us all succeed!!!!❤️
