Enjoying working out again
I had some time away from exercise due to bad back but found doing kothing made it worse.Started back by walking regularly and have started up Hollys workouts at start of the year. Really enjoying them and managing 4-5 days a week. I am only doing about 20 mins plus warm up/cool down a day but feel so good after. Doing these straight after work ensures Im condistent. Anybody else enjoying working out?
