Ultraburn
Frustrated- I caught bug from hubbie and yesterday came down with bad head, throat, aches. Workouts were going really well with about 5 a week. Think Im going to start Ultraburn challenge - an old one of Holly's but lost lots of weight/toned doing it before. Whats everyone else doing?

Enjoying working out again
I had some time away from exercise due to bad back but found doing kothing made it worse.Started back by walking regularly and have started up Hollys workouts at start of the year. Really enjoying them and managing 4-5 days a week. I am only doing about 20 mins plus warm up/cool down a day but feel so good after. Doing these straight after work ensures Im condistent. Anybody else enjoying working out?

Walking Miles
My typical routine has been to walk 2 miles 3 days a week, however, I had stopped doing that around Thanksgiving and getting back in shape to do even that has been a bit tricky. I did do 2 days last week and 1 day so far this week, so hopefully I can get back up to 3 days and then start adding on from there! Lets share any progress we've made and help each other out!

Thank you Holly for reminding me continually to contract your core! I am always forgetting. Altho i found me doing it whilst walking around doing the food shop!! Ive been brainwashed!! 🤣
