A Simple System to Grow Sessions Consistently
I’ve been working on some diagrams to show a very simple model that works for personal trainers, virtual trainers, and studio owners. No funnels. No ads. No complexity. Just CONSISTENT execution of a few basic things. 1️⃣ Attract: Outreach Start conversations with people you already have access to. - Online and in-person outreach - DM people you know - Comment, reply, reconnect - Invite them to a free intro workout - Follow up Volume matters more than wording. Doing more > saying it perfectly. (Think ~100 touches per day.) 2️⃣ Attract: Content + Local Groups Create simple content that answers real client questions. - Short talking-head videos - One platform where you already get traction - Post daily - Privately reach out to anyone who engages - Repurpose into local online groups (Nextdoor, local FB groups, etc) Content exists to start conversations, not to go viral. 3️⃣ Convert: Free Intro Workout - Proper consultation - Simple explanation of the process - Tailored workout - Ask for the sale The workout is the sales process. 4️⃣ Deliver: Remarkable Workouts Consistently great workouts solve everything downstream. - Retention improves - Referrals increase - Marketing gets easier - Lead flow becomes more predictable Great delivery = more referrals.
