Has he considered fabricating improved versions of the Nautilus “double” machines?
Disinfection
What do you all use to wipe down upholstery and handles between sessions? Currently using disinfecting wipes. Looking for a condensed cleaner I can mix up at home. Couldn’t find anything on Amazon that was for vinyl upholstery. Thanks!

Thank you all!
Data on the dose-response of stimulus
With the caveat that no one knows that much of what’s really going on inside us when we exercise, let alone predict what a training stimulus will do for any given person, what are the best estimates of the stimulus delivered to the body in general and muscles in particular when an average person does 1 set of an exercise compared to 2, 3 etc. I’ve seen rough figures thrown around here and there but to my awareness there doesn’t seem to be a more robust formula or algorithm. Naturally taking a set to full enough knowable stimulus (MMF) is different to going to say 4 reps in reserve. I’m also interested to see the best estimates for such methods. Relatedly Is 1 set taken to MMF really identical or equivalent enough to doing 3-5 sets with for example 3 RIR? What tests have been done for someone to make such a claim with confidence enough to market their coaching services as such? Good research papers or well informed anecdotes will be appreciated. Cheers J

Jeremy, Just posed the below question to AI ( I used Grok from X) and it gave me a very good literature review. I’m sure any AI would do a pretty good job. Hope this helps. Can you find strength training research, new and distant, comparing one set high intensity training to failure versus 3 sets, especially as it relates to muscle mass and strength?

Trifold brochure
Don’t know if this could assist anyone but it’s the trifold brochure created for my garage HIT facility. I did utilize Ultimate Exercise’s brochure as a reference and switched it up to be accurate for my business and what I desired to convey. I utilize it primarily for word of mouth referrals. Feel free to use and make it your own
