What does GREAT coaching look like?
In the last week, two successful HIT trainers told me this video changed their life. This is how you coach personal strength training.

Hi all, I know it's nearly six months away but is anyone considering going to this years strength forum? (assuming it runs). Thanks.

We are planning on going every year until we are dead. 😆 And we are hoping Jeff and Jeremy can swing it financially to get there!

One more machine
I have room in my garage for one more machine. I am requesting thoughts and reasoning for what that machine might be. Present machines are: MedX leg press MedX chest press MedX overhead press MedX row Cybex pulldown Hammer multi squat Hammer 4 way neck Reverse hyperextension 45* trunk extension Rouge Echo bike A place for abdominal exercises Not planning on purchasing until last quarter of this year. Any thoughts appreciated!! Thanks!

@Pete Cerqua 20’ W x 16’D garage. Four machines on left wall (MedX shldr/chest/ row and a 45* trunk extension projecting ~5.5’ into the room. Right wall three machines (MedX leg press, Hammer multi squat and 4way neck) projecting ~5.5’ also. Center of garage (~9’ W space) a Rogue bike, a reverse hyper and a Cybex pulldown taking up an ~ 5’ W by 8’ depth. Which leaves a walking space around the central machines of 2’- 4’. Planning on moving the bike to a far wall which will leave an ~ 7’ W x 5’ D space at the garage door while still maintaining the same walking path space.
