No Podcast (that should make everyone else happy LOL) or Exercise Class for me tomorrow - Monday - as I am going to pick up a friend and their Westie dog (from Newfoundland) at the airport and spend some quality time with them at the park. Unless I do my exercises while driving in my vehicle…. I wonder if that is “distracted driving”.
Whew! Ouch! I found today’s workout very tough - I didn’t even make it to the end. Maybe more due to me today - I’m stressed and my nerves are a lil frayed - than due to the actual workout.

Another rigorous workout today! I’m pretty tired and sore now; much more so than yesterday. I was wondering if the amount of sleep you get the night preceding the workouts makes a difference. Hmmm. Last night I got less than 6 hours sleep, as I was worried about stuff for today.
