Real fermented foods
In the nutrition class today we talked about gut health and one of the strategies to improve gut health and digestion was to eat real femented foods. Here are a couple brands I use and that are avaliable in major grocery stores. A tsp per meal is lots!
Shelf stable pickles and saurkraut are NOT real probiotic foods. Look for real ones in the refrigerated section.
