In the nutrition class today we talked about gut health and one of the strategies to improve gut health and digestion was to eat real femented foods. Here are a couple brands I use and that are avaliable in major grocery stores. A tsp per meal is lots! Shelf stable pickles and saurkraut are NOT real probiotic foods.
