Hi Team,

Sorry about last weeks call. Had a few asking and unfortunately we simply didn't have an ounce of internet here for some reason. I did do a post but not even that went through.

This weekend is Ironman Cairns. Koa Sports has a team of 53 athletes racing across both events and a further 12-13 athletes heading north as support crew along with 4 of our coaches. It promises to be another huge weekend where we are looking to go 5 back to back in Cairns as a group.

There won't be a skool call again this week but next week we will be back on. I want to re-invigorate the group to ensure you are all getting maximum value from it week to week and it is enhancing your training and racing.

Good luck to all racing in Cairns and we will all catch up next week.
