Calling all disc wheel experts...
I'm looking into a disc wheel for Cairns and was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on types, brands, what to avoid, weights, freehubs, bearings etc etc etc... Sports massage
Anyone got any recommendations on remedial or sports massage joints in Melbourne? Ideally St Kilda/Port Melbourne area? My legs are starting to feel it from new running load and the spiky ball only gets you so far.
