Does training with elevation, running or cycling, assist on race day, if the course is flat? Or is it better to stick to similar elevation to the race day course?
Road vs TT Bike
Anyone else find on the turbo that it feels much easier to spin on their TT than roadie, I almost feel like I’m on top of it on my TT but then feel like I’m behind the stroke on my roadie, Unless it’s just the 2.5mm difference in crank length 🥴

I’m a bit the opposite mate, 170mm cranks on my roadie and feel good but 160mm cranks on my TT and on the trainer feels crap but on the road can’t tell, I definitely spin a lot faster in the TT! I can feel my glutes engaging a lot more in the TT position aswell.

@David Poole I’m similar to Dylan before Fuelin not enough protein, too many carbs (generally at the wrong times). Fuelin has definitely been a massive game changer, assisted me in keeping the little niggles and injuries away and in general eating healthy. Currently training for Peaks and IM Cairns and feeling good about the nutrition side now. If you’re on Copilot use the coach chat as much as needed!
