Cuore Tri-suit Sizing
Hi guys - I'm looking at ordering one of the KOA trisuits but not sure exactly which size to get. I'm a size large in the 2xu one I currently have. Are the sizes comparable or do the Cuore ones fit more snug or loose? Any tips would be great 👍

Hey Jacob, They are a pretty tight fit overall as they should be for a race suit. Be guided by the size chart and if you don't get it quite right we will alsways sort something out for you either way.

WHAT A WEEKEND
Well done to all who raced over the weekend. Some sensational results and plenty to celebrate and talk though tomorrow. Send through anything else you need help on here below and we’ll go through it all together.
Keys to tri success over 55?
It was awesome to see quite a few ‘elderly’ athletes achieve Kona tickets at Taupo on the weekend. I’d be interested to hear what are the key strategies they use to manage older bodies such that they can achieve these awesome results.

Omius cooling headband
Hi All, I am heading to Vietnam 70.3 in May which will be a little bit warm and I have always struggled in hotter conditions due to a variety of factors (6ft 4 and white as a loaf of bread being the primary ones). Interested to hear if anyone has used an Omius Cooling headband before and what their thoughts are on effectiveness. The head bands are not cheap and I am wondering if people who have bought them feel that the investment is worth the money or is it just more marketing hype playing on us triathletes always looking to have the latest and greatest 1% improvements. https://traininghouse.shop/products/omius-cooling-headband?variant=42175522504770

Great question Razor. Spoke to a couple of guys this week about these. I'll save my opinion for later as I am keen to see what others think. I will say this though.....Vietnam will have ice and ice water at every aid station (2kms) so that might do enough for cooling.
