Accountability and motivation, organising some local group stuff once the weather starts to turn and it can become more of a grind through the winter months. Seeing others progress and share knowledge from what we’ve picked up across the last 3-5 years in the sport.

Ocean swimming
I’m taking a punt here but guessing that a few people in this group have a background in ocean swimming, be it through surf club or open water racing. Has anyone got any advice/views on ways to improve ocean swimming, changes to technique, things to be mindful of when the swell picks up so that we dont have to resort to “surviving the swim”?

recovery and injury prevention, strength/conditioning sets that support high running volume. Be good to hear from Benny Walker, get his take on AG racing and the life balance whilst pushing for Kona/Nice WC slots. How to manage the high’s of an A race and then come around to getting back into the routine and why we do it - keeping perspective.
