Yesterday my app was not working, sometimes it shows unknown error,
So i msntioned in todays post yesterday start morning with warm water and seed cycling powder,
In breakfast churi witb desighee and cup of tea ,
Lunch daal (moong) with half roti and green teA,
Dinner was going outside but i eat 1 piece braost with fries and coleslaw salad
Before sleep took half cup of tea due to headache.
Total steps was around 5000
