And that’s okay.
Emotional eating isn’t about lack of willpower — it’s about emotions looking for comfort.
The goal isn’t to stop it completely, but to notice it without guilt.
Next time you feel the urge to eat, just pause and ask yourself:
“Am I hungry, or do I need rest, calm, or connection?”
