Ramadan Day 28,
Start day with warm water by adding pinch of cinamon powder,
In sehri aj dil bht ajeeb sa so took half pratha with half tsp jam and 1 tsp cream with cup of tea, then took 1 khajoor with cold milk add pinch of salt in it,
In iftari 3 dates and glass of water, then gap of namaz, after namaz i took 1/4 white chicken biryani rice, and 2 tbsp of Beef biryani from neighbors, half chicken samosa and 2 pakoras with alot of chutney, then go for a walk,
Then after isha small bowl of mixed fruit chaat, thwn again go outside for walk,
Then before bed green tea with few drops of lemon,
Steps around 8500,
Water in take 7 and half mug
