Sehri with left over last day rice with boil 2 eggs white with cup of tea, then took 1 khajoor with water,
In iftari 3 dates and glass of water then plate of chicken biryani with 2 tbsp channa chat and 2 pakoras,
Then after isha half bowl of mixed fruit chaat,
Then before bed luke warm turmeric milk by adding honey in it,
Skip walk due to cold wind, so step inside house around 3000,
Water in take 8 mug
