Meal update
"I’m back after a two-day break. I was feeling pretty low—my blood pressure dropped and I had no energy, so I even had to get a drip. But Alhumdulilah, I’m a quick healer! ☺️ Today I’m finally back to my routine. I had half a roti with an omelette for breakfast, but with a twist: I added white chickpeas from the chana salan to boost the protein. I made it without any oil, too. I've already hit 8,000 steps and will finish the rest after Maghrib."
