Dinner: chicken pulao beef salan daal kr with raita, some strawberries,1 cup green tea
Protein in every meal ✅ water 2 liter ✅ brisk walk 10 minutes ( aj buht thaki hoi thi tu bs thori hi walk ki) no junk and no sugar ✅
