Sehri:1 glass detox water before sehri,half alu k pratha with dahi.
Iftar:1 date,1 piece of fish.
Dinner: chicken pulao with alu tiki & raita,1 cup of tea without sugar.
Protein in every meal ✅ water 2 liter ✅ brisk walk 10 minutes ✅ no junk and no sugar ✅
