Iftar: 1 date, 1 glass detox water,chana chaat.
Dinner: 1 piece fried fish with raita, half melon,a cup of green tea.
Protein in every meal ✅ water 3 liter ✅ brisk walk 30 minutes ✅ 5 minutes stretching ✅ no junk and no sugar ✅
