Kick-start Day 1
Sehri:
6 to 7 tbsp of cooked oatmeal omelette with a lot of vegetables ( zero oil)
3 to 4 tbsp of anda tikki (zero oil)
Half roti brushed with butter
6tbs or you can say a small bowl of plain yogurt
Hydration:
Had 750 ml of water before sehri .
600ml during or after if that counts
